The electrolytes in our sweat are mostly made up of sodium, chloride, potassium, magnesium and calcium are present in smaller amounts.
When you look for a good electrolyte is should have a good dose of both sodium and chloride, often brands will reduce the sodium levels to prevent any mild salty taste.

Add 1-2 x level scoops (5-10g) to 400ml of water. Take Electrolytes when training or competing, in hot conditions, or when sweating heavily.
